Refund Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Concrete is poured once, so most of our commitment is about getting it right. This policy explains deposits, cancellations, and how we handle problems.
Estimates
Estimates and site visits are free.
Deposits and cancellations
- If your contract requires a deposit, it secures your place on the schedule and covers early costs like permits and materials.
- Cancel before we've pulled a permit, ordered materials, or started site work, and your deposit is refunded in full.
- After that, the refund is the deposit minus documented costs already incurred, such as permit fees, delivered materials, or completed excavation, itemized in writing.
Weather and rescheduling
We reschedule pours for rain or unsafe conditions at no charge. Weather delays aren't grounds for cancellation fees on either side.
Workmanship problems
If our work has a defect covered by the workmanship warranty in your contract, we'll repair or replace the affected section at no cost. If a repair isn't practical, we'll refund the portion of the contract price attributable to the defective work. Normal shrinkage cracks and color variation aren't defects. See our Terms of Service.
Billing errors
Tell us within 60 days of an invoice. Confirmed overcharges are refunded or credited within 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@k1concreteocala.us or call (352) 867-4392 with your name, project address, and details. Photos help. We acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you disagree with our decision, see the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service.
