Questions

Will my concrete crack?

All concrete can develop some cracking. Good base prep, reinforcement, proper thickness, and well-placed control joints guide cracks to where they belong and keep them tight. We'll explain our joint layout before we pour.

How soon can I drive on a new driveway?

Foot traffic after about a day. We generally recommend waiting about a week for passenger cars and longer for heavy trucks or RVs. Exact timing depends on mix and weather, and we'll give you specifics for your pour.

Do you pull permits?

When the city or county requires one, such as for driveway connections to the road or structural work, we handle the permit and inspections as part of the job.

What about rain?

We watch the forecast closely and reschedule rather than pour into a storm. Afternoon showers are common here, so many of our pours start early.
